I’ve been working on a lot of new paintings this winter. Leawood Fine Art & Gallery is sponsoring a show at the Town & Country Bank on Friday, June 6. I was showing with another artist who has some wonderful pastels…Chris Jackman. Thank you to all my supporters who came to the opening.

Our host was most gracious and patrons were able to purchase wine with their favorite artist art work on the label - how cool was that! i was so surprised by all who turned out for the event… I’m still not sure if it was the wine or the art - regardless it was a great evening. If you have a chance stop by for the work will be up till the middle of August.

The rest of the year I will be busy finishing pieces and starting some new ones.  I have some new directions to travel in, and i’m very excited to begin.  I’ll post the new work as I finish it.
